ENEMY CAVALRY REPULSED.

An .Egyptian official-report,states:— Two enemy cavalry, regiments^ on July 19, pushed nine miles westward of Beersheba, but our mounted men drove them back to Beersheba. We successfully raided trenches south-west of Gaza.
