TROOPS DISREGARD. ORDERS.
LONDON, July 23
- A wireless Russian official' message , states:—There is intense artillery-fire Southward of Dvirisk..The enemy oon : tinue to attack westward of Ta'rnopol, and our troops continue to retreat beyond the Sercth.
The enemy . have occupied Zagorbelia, which is a suburb .of' Tarnopol.,Despite' our superiority oC ' numbers our retreat is almost uninterrupted owing to the instability of the troops and their disregard of orders. The propaganda of Maximalists and the enemy compelled us to evacuate "Balino and retire to the right, bank of thp Lomnitza.
