KERENSKY BECOMES PREMIER
PETROGRAD, July 21. The Premier, Prince Lvoft, has re signed.
M. Kerensky (War Minister) becomes Premier/and temporalily xetains the portfolios of Wai 1 and Maiine. !M. Tieretelli is appointed Minister of the interior, retaining the portfolios of Posts and Telegraphs. M. Nela-asoff (Minister of Railways) is appointed provisionally Minister for Justice. , , The Minister of Railways has also resigned.
