KERENSKY ARRESTING UN-

(Received July 23, 9.30 a.m.) PETROGRAD, July 22, The Anarchists have abandoned their last citadel, Duraovo Villa. Most of the workmen have resumed work.
General Kerensky is arresting all persons' guilty of having relations with Germany. Already several notorious Maximalists have been arrested.
The whereabouts of Lenin are unknown. .
'The mutinous troops have been disbanded, and further troops have arrived from the front.
Prince Lvoff's resignation followed stormy Cabinet meetings. General Kerensky had just returned from the front, and criticised the Ministers' military handling of the recent situation. He declared they should use their fullest powers to suppress: mutiny;- ' ■'•;■■"■!" ■ ' '
