RAILWAY MISHAPS.
COMMUNICATIONS INTERRUPTED
MADRID,-July-20
The Minister of the. Interior states that Barcelona is quiet, and work is proceeding. The railway men, at Valentia struck,- biit subsequently resumed work. Report's have "been 'received of the i derailment of a passenger train near Varagassa, and a collision at the Ca'spe Station,' between" Madrid and Barcelona, and a collision on the' Northern railway at Valentia, all interrupting communications.
