MADRID, July 20
The Governor, aided by the public forces, entered the palace with firearms at Barcelona, where 70 Deputies and Senators, with their leaders, Senors Cambo, Lerroux, and Melquides, the so-called " Catalonian Parliament," were assembled.' The forces compelled the meeting to . disperse without incident.
