Notwithstanding denials of Dr. Hollweg's rumoured resignation, responsible Berlin circles are discussing his probable successor.
The names include several adiqocates of "frightfulness," and also Count Hertling. Socialists declare that the new Chancellor's sole mission must be to secure an early peace.
