NO NECESSITY FOR INDEMNITIES

Count Hertling is credited with the authorship of an article yin his newspaper denying the necessity for Germany exacting indemnities, but. demanding the restoration of Germany's trade, shipping, and colonies.
The article caused a sensation amongst the National Liberals, as it is believed that it embodies the' decisions reached as a result of Count Hertling's visit to Vienna. Count Hertling is now at Berlin.
