WELLINGTON WOOL SALES
WELLINGTON, Juno 2.
The wool -sale's to-day opened witli a catalogue of over 19.000 bales. At the outset'there was not much animation, and so far as the .sale-has gone inferior and coarse crossbred is down. Id to l-^d on last Wellington^ sales in February. Seedy was neglected, 'and super and fine crossbi-ixis were, about , equal to February rates. There was to excellent demand for crutchings. Seedy lambs' wool was not -wanted, but ofcbor lambs' met with a ooocl demand.
