OPPORTUNITY FOR EDUCATED DEMOCRACY. LONDON.. May 00. Mr A. Henderson, President of the Bofirii of Education, in welcoming the French professors who are to make a 1 tour of England, said that the teaching profession would be a great factor in reconstruction after the war. An educated democracy would be the best guarantee of the internal progress of tho nations and the right conduct of international affairs. Tho friendship of France and Britain had been sealed with the best blood of both nations.
