LIEGE FORTS REBUILT.
•NEW"KRUPP WORKS AT MUNICH. AMSTERDAM, May 30. The "Telegraaf " reports that the Germans have re-built the Liege forts in concrete and iron. They have also built many oarth-work^ and are con-* structing defence works north of Horve (10 miles east of Liege), along the new Aix-la-Chapelle railway. .'• The new Krupp works at Munich occupy an area of nearly two square miles.
