TRADE REGULATIONS
LONDON, November 18. In the House of Commons, while in committee on the Finance Bill, Mr McKcnna, Chancellor of the Exchequer, moved a now clause to meet the case of goods manufactured in Britain, sold to a non-rnsident and then resold to a retailer in Britain. The case the Government did not wish to touch was that of tho Australasian merchant who sold wool bo a British or a French merchant in London.
