MORE ENEMY CLAIMS. VIENNA, October 19. An official communique states :• — " The Serbian division which .was defeated at Avala. is retreating to the southward. We aro attacking detachments north of Ralji. German divisions are gaining ground on both I sides of the Lower Morava. "The Bulgarians have occupied the heights of Muslin Percin and Badinzub, and are advancing over the' "Egri Palanka" Pass."
