GALES AT GALLIPOLI.
LONDON, October 18. A German wireless message from Constantinople reports that the autumn equinoctial gales are beginning witli the utmost violence on. Galtipoli, and if they continue the landing of troops will be impossible. The correspondent of "The Timos reports that the moral of the population • at Constantinople has greatly improved. All kinds of food are arriving from Bulgaria and cheapening the Turkish cost. The Press is preaching the conquest of Egypt, and is endeavouring to stir up the Mussulmans of India to act in the Turkish cause.
