A COMPULSORY CONFERENCE.
(Received October 20, 8.55 a.m.) MELBOURNE, October 20. Mr Justice Higgine has called a compulsory conference between the btoremen and Packers-Union and the employers in all the States except West Australia, owing to the refusal of tho latter to grant the wages increase demanded.
