WAR RELIEF ASSOCIATION
WELLINGTON, October 18. Tho Mayor presided at a public meeting to-night, convened for the purpose of establishing a society to be called the War Relief Association of Wellington, for the purpose of administering funds .collected for the benefit of sick and wounded soldiers. After some discussion it was decided to form the association.
