THE KIDMAN CASE.
MAJOR PAGE'S EVIDENCE. SYDNEY, October 15. In the Kidman case Major Page gave evidence that Kidman had admitted that one tender in another name was his. Kidman explained that it had been done in a hurry, and expressed regret. In regard to the tenders in the names of Howe and Simes, when theso were opened witness had tiot tlio slightest suspicion that they were not genuine. In reply to questions, Major Pago denied having received any money or other consideration from Kidman.
