GRENADES AND MORTARS. (Received September. 22," 9 a.m.) LONDON, September 21. The Hon. H. J. Tennant, in reply to Mr ..JVC. Wedgewood, said the supply of' grenade-throwers and trench mortars in some weeks exceeded General Hamilton's demands, but there had been instances where the mortars were below the number required.. :
