MAIL STEAMER STOPPED.
RUSSIAN MAIL THROWN OVERBOARD. (Received August 13, 8.50 a.m.) COPENHAGEN, August 12. A submarine stopped the mail steamer Iris, in the North Sea, and compelled the captain to throw overboard a valuable Russian mail.
