A "KULTUR MANIFESTO."
WHAT GERMANY WANTS
PARIS, August 11. Intellectuals and professors of Germany has issued a " kultur manifesto," declaring that peace-loving Germany only rose up when barbarians in the cast and powerful and envious enemies in the west threatened to annihilate her. ;She does not want to dominate the world, but demands the possibility of extending culture. As a commercial power she must remove the French 'VmenaoQ, exacting a, large indemnity. She must hold Belgium and conquer the Channel coast, to protect herseli against Britain.
