STRATEGIC RAILWAYS.

LONDON, July 25.

The "Times" correspondent in Northern France states that the Germans have completed a system of strategic railways behind their lines, built with steel sleepers. They laid 10 miles per day. Nothing heavier than fiye-tpn trucks'are used, and the engine weighs 18 tons. This lino accounts for the wonderful mobility of the enemy and the vast reinforcements brought up.
