TIMARU. SESSIONS.
TIMAKU, June ir Tho. .Supreme Court opened to-day. His Honour, in his charge to the Graiid Jury, referred briefly to the list, with special comment on the sexual cases.
The Court was occupied all day with the case of alleged robbery by Joseph Sturgeon and Patrick Joseph Sullivan, of property belonging to Richard James Chisholm, of Ashburton.
