Inness, the previous occupier, at 4s per acre.—The second—Pt. R,. 1770,' containing 33 acres 2 roods 20 perches— was sold.'to the previous occupier, (Mr T. Harold) at the same figure, viz., 4s; per acre.—The. term, of lease was 14 years from June 1, 1914.. ,
I Mr Henry Stephenson',■ offered, under instructions from the Public Trustee in the estate of Patrick Owens, deceased, a quarter-acre section in South: Street, being T.S. 10, with frontage on; Cass and South Streets. A two-roomedL lean-to is erected on the section. — Sold to Mr. Henry Davis at £102 10s. The same firm offered a Tinwald. property,, consisting of two roods, being sections 81 and 84, pt. R.S. 4354, with frontages ; to McMurdo and Archibald Streets, with a cottage of four rooms, scullery: and detached washhouse. The ■purcnaserwas Mr G. Bocock, senr., at £102 10s. A half-acre section, with cottage of four rooms, being section 53, off FairField Avenue, Fairton, was also put; up by Mr Stephenson, but was passed in at £185. .
