■ The usual weekly meeting of the Star of the East 1.0. G.T. was held in Hie Victoria Hall last evening, Bro. A. Moore, C.T., presiding over a good attendance. One candidate was initiated into the order, and two proposed f6r membership. The election of officers for the ensuing quarter was then proceeded with, and resulted as follows: — C.T., Sister S. Boyce; V.T., Sister R. E. Rule; P.C.T.,8r0. A. Moore; secretary, Sister A. Choak; treasurer, Bro, E. Bastion ; financial secretary, Bro. C. Jessop; marshal, Sister C. R. Wills; chaplain, Sister F. Storrier; pianiste, Sister E. Andrews; guard, Bro. H. Bradshaw. The installation was then proceeded with, and Bro. F. Burgess (Lodge Deputy), assisted by Sisters C. Andrews and E. Baker (as installing marshals), installed'the. officers. After the usual routine business had been transacted, the Lodge was closed by C.T. Sister Boyce. i
