The mystery of the wireless calls from the Siberia is still unsolved. A Tokio message states that an operator stationed in the south-west of Nagasaki claims to have received the distress signal. The following day a message was received from Manila, stating' that the Siberia had arrived. The distress signals were not explained, and it wa,s feared that another vessel was invoked.
