"Referring to the Victorian Savings Bank Bill, Mr Dacey states that New South Wales already has power to establish the agencies sought m the southern State. The Government is establishing twenty-four., ageneses + m centres which are most affected bythe stoppage of business by the Post Otface Savings .Bank. Others will ;be rapidly pushed on.
