WEST AUSTRALIAN LOAN.
PERTH, December 23. In the Assembly the Premier introduced a Lofin Bill to raise £2,142,000. The chief items to which the loan is to be applied are railways, agriculture and development. Mr Scadden denied that the Labourites were a non-borrowing party. Loan expenditure must continue at a high rate for five years.
