Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, December 21. Tho inquest on the body of William Wrixon, who died on Tuesday, the result of being knocked from the deck of the Manuka to the wharf by a sling on December 15, was held to-day; A verdict of accidental death was returned, and the Coroner said that some steps should be taken to provide workers with some protection on deck. PAHIATTJA, December 21. William Griffin, who shot himself m the abdomen, died at the hospital. As. Griffin was practically m a dying condition when he shot himself, no inquest will be necessary.
