At Timaru, yesterday South Canterbury beat Otago by 5 goals to 3. _ At Wanganui; yesterday Taranaki met Wanganui in the Northern Cup competition. At the call of the score was even—one goal each. In the extra ten minutes Wanganui got a goal and won.
