(Before Mr T. A. B. Bailey, S.M.) Drunkenness. One first, offender was fined 5s and costs, and another 10s and-; costs for drunkenness, and a. prohibition ordei t was granted against one of them. Judgment Summonses. In the case H, Cameron and Co (Mr T W. Rowe) v. A; Kay, claim £lb lls lid an order was made that the amount should be paid off at the rate of Is 6d per week. i The case, H. Cameron and Co. (Mr Rowe) y. H. M. Wilson, claim £3 9s 2d, was adjourned to March 31. Sheep-worrying Case. . - ; Patrick Brown (Mr Buchanan) claimed £10 from C. L. Milbourne (Mr Mosley), being the value of sheep alleged to have been killed through being worried by a dog belonging to defendant. After hearing the evidence, the Magistrate gave judgment for plain-1 tiff for £5 and costs. Assault. Patrick Brown was charged with having assaulted C. L. Milboiinie on February 23rd. He was fined 40s and costs. . , '■ .. ,- C. L. Milbourne was then charged with having assaulted Patrick Brown, but the case was dismissed.
