Holder for a breach of the corpenters' award, m failing ;to indenture his sons who were working for him. The Magistrate held that the Arbitration Court intended that the employer should be subject under the award to a duty to teach his trade to all learners, irrespective of whether they were his children or not, and gave judgment for the plaintiff for £2.
