LICENSING COMMITTEE.
Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, June 21. The Duncdin Licensing Committee concluded the business of the annual meeting to-day, so far as the publicans' licenses were concerned. At the previous sitting applications for eight licenses were refused, and to-day two more wero similarly dealt wifii, the hotels being the Central and Rainbow. The applications for bottle licenses was further adjourned till June 30. Mr Solomon stated that the question would be argued in the Supreme Court before Mr Pennistoa on the 29th inetant, ■ . ■■•. - - - .
