FATAL BALLOON ACCIDENT.
Per Press Assoeiation-^Copyright.' ; LONDON, June 19. A ballooning accident occurred at St. Petersburg. When nearly a mile m the air a military balloon, the Vannovsky, was ripped, owing to the acci* dental pulling of the emergency valve, and fell with' frightful velocity. Of the four occupants of the car, M. Politzin, Court Chamberlain, was killed and his wife w,as fatally injured.■ The Vannovsky, m a : former; accident, caused.the death of four officials.
