THE BUDGET: STRONG CRITICISM.
Received June 17, 11.45 a.m. , LONDON, June 16. Lord Onslow says that the-Budget proposals will practically wip"e. out the agricultural income now yielded by his .estates. Land (he says) is now a luxi ui-y, not an investment, and' he intends I to sell a largo portion and I,dismiss his i permanent staff. He suggests that the electors should press the Government to amend its proposals, and, not trust to their beingt,rejected,by the House of Lords. .
