In the House of Commons, the 7vVelsh Party, after long discussions and murmurs of revolt, agreed to the/withdrawal of the Welsh Disestablishment Bill on Mr Asquith's promise/that it shall pass the House of Commons as. the first measure . -next session, ■ provided, he added, they give a pledge that the Bill should pass through all its stages m the House of Commons m '1910: -
