The following are prices obtained at Mr H. Stephenson's weekly sale: '■ Poultry.—Hens, ■•'ls 9d to 3s 2d, roosters, Is 9d to 2s 6d; ducks, 3s 9d— all at per pair; purebred roosters, 3s to 5a 9d each. Pigs.—Bs to 29s for a good entry. , Produce. —Potatoes (eating), 4s to 7s, pig do., 3s 3d; oatsheaf chaff, 2s to 2s 6d; crushed oats, 6s 4d; swedes; 2s 6d; wheat (seconds), 7s to 15s; parsnips, ss; oats (seconds), 5s to 6s;" carrots, 2s to 2s 3d; barley (seconds), 9s 6d—all at per sack. Fruit.—Apples, 2d, pears, 2d per lb. Meat.—Mutton, 2d; lamb, 3£d, bacon 7d, at per lb.
