To the Editor. Sir, —I saw a letter under the heading of "Honesty the Best Policy," and as they call me Bill, I suppose I am one of the boys, and can say I like riding m a motor, as it does not shy at a bit of board smothered m grass, which other people could not see. And as uncle has us boys to study, he has more minds than one to think about. Father is rather cautious sometimes, but when we ran against the sheep one or two said they might not all be his. I nodded ; Jack said, that "so-it might only be taking out what does not belong to him." SILENT MEMBER.
