FORGED TOTALISATOR TICKETS.
Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, June 10. Something like £300 was obtained from the totalisator at Ellerslie by forged tickets during the Auckland Racing Club's Winter meeting. At the Police Court this morning, Wm. Arthur Roberts and Emanuel Cyril Martin were charged with forging and uttering totalisator tickets. The defence m botli cases was that the tickets had been purchased by defendants m the ordinary way. Both accused were remanded on bail.
