COAL MINING DISPUTE. - . June 8. The Ito3 ral Commission on the coal mining disputes was resumed yesterday. Counsel for the miners announced that the men intended to withdraw all claims, chiefly because' of the delay which had taken place over the hearing of the cases, and they wanted a guarantee that there would not be a similar delay with regard to the other claims which would mean waiting one or two years.
