It appeared' that Lusk,, while a bankrupt, signed a promissory note m renewal of a promissory note' givon before he was adjudged a bankrupt. Dr McArthur held that the original' ,note was a debt payable m bankruptcy and under Section 132 of The Bankruptcy Act, an order of discharge re~leased a bankrupt from that debt.
