Prince Henry of Prussia congratulated the League on the restoration of harmony. He recommended them to base their efforts upon the Navy Law, which was not always rightly understood. , ■•' Admiral yon Weber said] 'that -thedefence of trade on the coasts,was not; - the only task of the German Navy..
