WELLINGTON, June 6. Tfc.o Wellington Typographical Union on Saiufctey flight unanimously resolved: ''That this' Union, whilst recognising {he neoe'ssity A pf the impending Imperial Defence Conference, and the desirableness of Ne.w Zealand' Being adequately represented, .urggsmembers' of Parliament to take into (jofl.sidefation the far-reaching effect of th 6' proposed adjournment of the winter session on the industrial class. A large number of wage-earners, who find employment during the sitting of Parliament, will be thrust on the present abnormal unemployed market, and wives and children; who are now suffering from want and hardship due to the .general monetary, degression, will be further Cruelly penalised during the severity'of the winter," A copy of the resolution will be" forwarded to every member of both' H6tise§ of Parliament.
