INTERNATIONAL CONGRATULATIONS. '
BERLIN, June 4. The International Miners' Conference! at Berlin has congratulated the British miners on the Eight Hours Act. It insisted that the hours should .be reckoned from bank to bank, 4 and demands similar legislation for other countries, with a restriction .of the working day to six hours,: when the temperature is 82 degrees.
