ACTION AGAINST A DENTIST.
Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, June 2. In the Supreme Court tho special jury m the action Rose Galvin y. T. E. K. Burgess, a dentist, claiming £501 damages for bodily harm caused by alleged unskilfulness m extracting a tooth, returned a verdict m favour of the defendant, who did not ask for costs.
