INTERESTING TO THEATRICALS.
STRATFORD, February 26., Mr Turnbull, S.M., gave a reserved judgment this morning in a case of interest to theatricals. Mrs Henningham, an actress, claimed £32 10s from Miss Florence Baincs for wrongful dismissal and the amount of a return fare to \[eH)o;irne . The Magistrate held that the plaintiff was entitled to succeed, uiid entered up a judgment for £22 10s rik! costs.
