Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, February 25. At the Supreme Court to-day it was stated that the parties m an action tor alleged libel, Stallworthy v. Geddis nnd Blomueld, had arrived at an agreement and decided not to proceed with the case. Victor King, charged with breaking and entering and theft, was sentenced to two years' imprisonment.
