SYDNEY, February 20. "Wheat is advancing. Buyers offer 4s 3d. Sellers ask 4s 4d to 4s 4.|d. The price of flour has .been raised ten shillings per ton. Pollard has been reduced ten shillings. Foodstuffs generally are easier ns the result of the splendid rain.
