RAIDS AND ARRESTS

LONDON, February 26. . An attempt to raid the House ,of Commons m order to present Mr Asf quith with petitions led to the arrest of twenty-seven suffragettes, including Lady Constance Lytton, Miss Dugdale, and Miss Solomon, a daughter of a former Cape Premier. Miss Solomon made an ineffectual attempt to rush Brooks's Club where Mr Asquitli waa dining.
