! (Received February 26, 8.13 a.m.) i LONDON, February 25. Visitors to the National Gallery were startled by a well-dressed man suddenly shooting and killing his female companion, and then committing suicide. They have been identified as an American couple, named Dawson, of independent means, residing at Brighton. Dawson left a letter, stating that he was the victim cf blackmailers.
