SENTENCED TO PENAL SERVITUDE.

Five officers of the Warsaw garrison have been sentenced to penal servitude for terms varying from six to eight years, for belonging to the Pan-Rus-sian Officers' Union, a revolutionary organisation. Four soldiers have received similar periods for belonging to another military revolutionary society; and twelvo -1" -■•« have been exiled, to [ Siberia.
